A 1-night/2-day adventure offsite in Rishikesh or Manali for 30 50 people runs ₹2,500 5,000 per person all-inclusive. Premium retreats in Coorg, Goa, or Andaman range from ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 per person. Our coordination fee (10 15% of booking value) is separate from venue and activity costs.

How far in advance should we plan a corporate offsite?
For 20 50 person teams, plan at least 6 8 weeks ahead especially for peak months (September to December and March to May). For teams of 100+ or premium destinations, 10 12 weeks is ideal. September and October are India's most popular offsite months, so venue and operator slots book up fast.
Do you handle transport and accommodation booking too?
Yes under our Concierge package we manage end-to-end coordination including transport, accommodation, activities, meals, and safety. Under the Connector package we facilitate the operator booking which typically includes accommodation and activities in a single package. Our Advisory package gives you all the information to handle bookings yourself.
Can you handle a team of 100+ people?
Yes. We work with teams from 10 to 500 people. For large groups (100+) we partner with operators who have dedicated large-group infrastructure conference rooms, multiple accommodation blocks, segregated activity batches, and professional safety teams.
